Canucks???

(from Wikipedia) ... The Random House Dictionary notes that: "The term Canuck is first recorded about 1835 as an Americanism, originally referring specifically to a French Canadian. This was probably the original meaning, though in Canada and other countries, Canuck now more often refers to any Canadian." We are now permanent residents of Canada, which may not qualify us to be Canucks, strictly speaking, but we're more Canuck than any other Williams in our family ... and proud to be!

NEW WEBPAGE

If you haven't already checked it out, take a look at my new business website - http://www.jeannewilliams.ca/ . (Note that it's .ca instead of .com - that's 'cause the .com domain would have cost me 4 digits!)
My amazing webmaster (webmistress?) has even registered it with Google, so you can google "jeanne williams edmonton" , "play therapy edmonton" , "child psychologist edmonton" , "filial therapy edmonton" or "child parent relationship training edmonton " (or replace any of those edmontons with alberta) to find jeannewilliams.ca, often in the first 3-4 listings.
My biggest reason for having a website is to be a resource for current or brand new clients ... the second reason is for marketing, especially the child-parent relationship training classes that I do (I hardly need to market the play therapy - I regularly have to turn down new referrals already). Thirdly, I'm thinking that the articles and other resources may be helpful to others outside of Edmonton and Alberta.
It's been fun planning it, and it's really cool to see it up and going ... and pretty cool to google myself too!
